Sony Mobile’s Middle East Twitter account Sony Xperia ME recently posted a teaser pic of the Sony Xperia T2 Ultra Dual used with the DualShock 4 controller. It seems that the Sony Xperia T2 Ultra Dual will soon receive the DualShock 4 controller support very soon.
Earlier, several Sony Xperia PlayStation certified models have been supporting the Sony’s DualShock 3 game controller. Fans are hoping that the Xperia devices support the new PlayStation 4 DualShock controller too. Since Sony has posted the teaser picture of a car game being played on the Xperia T2 Ultra Dual with the PlayStation DualShock 4 controller, it seems certain that this will happen sometime soon.
The Xperia T2 Ultra and the Xperia T2 Ultra Dual were announced by Sony in January 2014. Then the smartphones were seen at the FCC in March this year but they are yet to be released. The Sony Xperia T2 Ultra Dual is a big 6-inch phablet with a 720p HD Triluminos Display, 1.4 GHz Qualcomm Quad-core processor, 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage.
No information has been forthcoming yet from Sony as to when the DualShock 4 controller support will be available for Xperia T2 Ultra Dual and other Xperia devices but we will keep you updated if anything comes through.
