All the iPhone users, who shifted to Google’s Android operating system, are facing a humiliating technological error related to imessages. It was a great technical advancement for the iPhone users and the blue bubble instead of a green one made it easy to differentiate between the two.
Today the trouble is that those iPhone users who had linked their contact number with messages, and then switched to Android from IOS; when a message is posted to them from an existing iPhone user, it is not delivered to their routine. The transmitter of the message is not being advised about the message not being handed over to the other individual. The textual matter is then lost forever as it is enclosed in the deactivated imessage account.
Former Lifehacker editor in chief, Adam Pash, wrote in his personal blog post that Apple is aware about the trouble. He said that they don’t hold a solution to it and he got this info from an Apple tech support specialist. He named it the ‘message purgatory’ ordeal.
Meanwhile, Apple has declined to make any commentary on Adam Pash’s statement.
Adrienne Moore, who is a Samsung mobile user, filed a complaint in San Jose. She claimed that Apple did not reveal that it was aware about the trouble. The lawsuit was lodged on behalf of all the affected iPhone users, thus, she is looking for a class action status for it. Although in her charge, Moore could not determine any damages.
To get rid of the problem, users who changed to Android are required to deactivate the imessage service, which was activated by them when they were using is; albeit, this has turned out to be a failure in some cases. Many other difficult or strange tactics used to manage this problem. This calls for deletion of your number by the iPhone users in your address book and then adding it again. While the users are trying different way of getting rid of the problem, Apple has run out to respond and assure a plausible answer to its older users.
