Android KitKat Native Printing Now Supported by Epson

One of the remarkable features of Android 4.4 KitKat is cloud printing with supported printers. HP printers were supporting cloud printing initially; it was also supported by few other manufacturers’ printer and now Epson has added over 60 of its printer to the list of cloud printing supported printers.


Let’s see what cloud printing exactly is: It’s a latest technology that enables you to print documents directly from your Android 4.4 KitKat device wirelessly. You would not need any app to use this cloud printing and it’s an inbuilt feature of Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. This feature comes handy if you need to print a lot of document whether at work or at home, all you would need is a cloud printing supported printer and you can print right from your Android 4.4 KitKat device. It’s as simple as that.


With this latest inclusion, the Android 4.4 KitKat user can search for printers which are in their range and user them for printing. The users can select the exact page to print and also they can choose different paper sizes for printing, all these actions can be done right from the smartphone or handheld device. Right now a lot of current generation Android devices come with support for this feature and Epson’s inclusion is pretty neat and it’s usable right away.
