Step by Step on Locking Individual Apps on Android Using AppLock

If you are using Android device and would prefer not to lock your screen or using a swipe lock which anyone can disable, you still can protect individual apps which is installed in your device. In this entry, we are going to show you how to do this using a third party app which can be downloaded from Google Play store named AppLock.


AppLock is the most popular and the most user friendly app which allow users to lock individual apps. It can be downloaded for free from Google Play store. First and foremost, before you able to use the app, you will need to download and install it in your device which is then you will be prompted to create a password.


The password will then used everytime you access the apps that you have locked beforehand therefore, it is advisable to use password which you can easily remember but it should be secure enough. Apart from the password, you also will need to provide a security email. After you have set all these things, you can start to lock the apps which you want to lock, for example Phone, Messenger, Facebook and then on.
