Sony Xperia Z3 specifications leaked, this time by @evleaks

Sony Xperia Z3 rumors, leaks and speculations are catching speed since the second-half of 2014 has begun. We all know Sony’s habit of releasing a flagship smartphone every half year. Now everyone is waiting with bated breath as to when the Japanese mobile maker announces its new offering in the Xperia Z series.

Meanwhile, another leak about Xperia Z3 specs has surfaced, this time from a very reliable source @evleaks. So it seems Sony is already gearing up to launch the new device but the company is not confirming anything yet. We recently saw many images of the Xperia Z3 leaked by another source. However, there was nothing in it regarding the internal specs of the handset.

Now we have got the specs from @evleaks which says that the Sony Xperia Z3 will have the model number D6653. It will feature a 5.15-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1080p. The smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset with 2.4GHz quad-core Krait 400 processor and Adreno 330 GPU.

Other specs include 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, probably with a microSD card slot for expanding the memory. As regards the camera, it will pack a powerful 20.7MP primary camera and a 2.1MP front-facing camera. According to the source, the device will run on Android 4.4.4 KitKat, but there is a possibility that it will surprise us by running Android L!

Anyways, it is not long now. The suspense will be revealed soon, either at the IFA in September or somewhere around that time if another rumor about Xperia Z3 hitting the stores in September is to be believed.

Samsung Galaxy F spotted once again in a new image.

The Samsung Galaxy F is making much noise these days and has previously leaked several times. The Galaxy F is speculated as the next premium flagship from the Samsung camp along with the Galaxy Note 4. Online leakster @evleaks has released one more image for the device. The Galaxy F is supposed to be the first smartphone from Samsung hosting a metal body rather than plastic. Earlier images of the Galaxy F in glowing gold had been released by Evleaks showing up the gold border of the device.

The Samsung Galaxy is supposedly to host a full HD or Quad HD Display with powerful Snapdragon 805 SoC at heart and 16MP camera with a premium metal body finish. So if the metal finish of the Galaxy F turns out to be a real deal, Samsung could club it with its own polycarbonate and imitation textures like the faux-leather as seen in case of the LG G3.

Galaxy S5 Google Play Edition leaks once again

Earlier today, we spotted the Google Play Edition of the Samsung Galaxy S5 hosting the stock Android OS. However, on being observed carefully at the leaked image we can make out the existence of on-screen navigation keys which seemed to be a bit skeptical as far as Samsung devices are concerned. Samsung Galaxy devices are usually found to sport buttons at the bottom bezels. Now, a new leak from the same source Evleaks has appeared without any on-screen navigation buttons.

Much similar to last year’s Galaxy S4 Google Play Edition, the Galaxy S5 GPE will too not have any on-screen navigation keys. However, there is no news as to when would Google declare this device officially, but based on the intensity of leaks that are coming out these days we think the announcement is not too far!

The Galaxy S5 GPE has earlier made an attendance on the Google Play Store but was taken down from the site soon. However, the GPE Galaxy S5 is taking a bit long but it is believed that bringing the built-in heart rate monitor and fingerprint scanner on stock Android might be holding Google back. We hope to get some official word soon.

8.9-inch HTC Volantis rumored to arrive with 5GB of RAM

Just few days back, we spotted HTC 8.9 inch Volantis aka Flounder rumored to be an Nexus 8 tablet! Now the tablet has once again appeared with some new details being revealed.

According to @evleaks, the earlier rumors of specs for the HTC Volantis were fake. The HTC volantis is now believed to come with a whopping never before 5GB of RAM, however this has not been finalized yet. Other features for the device are bit obvious that the device would host a 8.9inch screen with 2560×1900 pixel resolution and HTCs BoomSound speakers. The device is likely to host a 8MP primary camera and a 5MP secondary camera. The device is likely to come with a silver aluminum body and a 64-bit Nvidia Tegra K1 processor with 64GB of storage space.

The leakster has released an “HTC Volantis macro shot” showing the codename of Flounder with a mention for the “Android Silver OS Alpha 1.4.” This means that this could be the first gadget to be included in the Android Silver program from Google.

The HTC 8.9 Volantis could make an official appearance in the beginning of the fourth quarter of the year.

Galaxy S5 Google Play Edition leaks out

The Google Play Edition of the recently launched Samsung flagship Galaxy S5 has been quite under talks and the device is yet to materialize. However, the device has made its appearance on Evleaks with an image that shows the GPE of the Galaxy S5. The handset has already undergone Bluetooth certification making an appearance on the Google Play Store a few months back. This means that the handset still exists but we are yet to know the official release date for the device.

Well, with the announcement of the Galaxy S5 mini version that comes with fingerprint sensor and heart rate monitor just like its parent flagship, it would be interesting to see whether the GPE of Galaxy S5 hosts similar features or not. The GPE Galaxy S5 is believed to run stock version of Android without the skinning of Samsung’s TouchWiz interface. So it can be assumed that Samsung could bring these features to the device via a dedicated app on the Play Store. We will bring you with more details as things get official.

More images of the Galaxy F appears in glowing gold

The Samsung Galaxy F is making several appearances through leaks before it would be officially unveiled. Previously, the device made an appearance on @evleaks in “Glowing Gold”  and now few more similar images of the device have came out from the same source.

This images convey that the Galaxy F is not identical to the Galaxy S5 that many had earlier speculated as the bezels are obviously smaller making this device more compact. Many previous leaks have already conveyed it earlier for the device to be offering a metal back plate, and a similar rear set up like that of the Galaxy S5 with a protruding camera and a heart rate monitor.

 

So far the rumors have claimed that the Galaxy F will be slightly larger than the Galaxy S5 with a 5.3inch display. Some have also claimed that the device will have a Quad HD resolution while others think it to be having full HD 1080p resolution only.

Well, one of the leaksters have claimed the device to be having a Snapdragon 805 SoC with a 16MP camera shooter at its back along with a Samsung made sensor. With so much info spreading out, we think Samsung will soon officially voice the Galaxy F.

Moto X+1 case render leaks with smartphone inside

A tweet sent out by serial tipster @evleaks, reveals a probable render of the Motorola Moto X+1. The smartphone is enclosed in a bumper case made precisely for the handset.

Since it’s got a protective cover, it’s not easy to garner many details of the phone itself from this render. We can see that the device’s rear camera mounted in the same location as the Moto X. Meanwhile, the front of the Moto X+1 has on-screen buttons and could be having a front-facing speaker similar to the one found on the Moto E. The only exciting thing that might be worth talking about here is the single, solitary sensor at the top of the back of the Moto X+1 render. That’s more than likely the flash, but it seems pretty lackluster.

The Motorola Moto X+1 is expected to offer a bump up in specs over its predecessor Motorola Moto X. The new variant is expected to sport a 5 inch screen with a resolution of 1080 x 1920. This tops the 4.7 inch display and 720 x 1280 resolution found on Moto X.The pixel density boosted from the 316ppi to the 441ppi on the Moto X+1.The silicon also is getting walloped, from a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU to a quad-core Snapdragon 800 CPU. One welcomed alteration is the addition of a microSD card slot, something that was missing from the Moto X.

Details on the Moto X+1 are still blur, but it is expected that Motorola’s next flagship will come to all four major U.S. carriers. Looking at this picture, it appears as though Motorola has decided to stick to a near-stock build of Android, which is exciting news since it hopefully concludes that we’ll continue to see prompt OS updates.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime aka the Samsung Galaxy f has been quite in new these days and the device has once again made an appearance on @evleaks showing a new render of it.

The handset has been spotted in a new image that shows the Galaxy F to be in a “glowing gold” version. However, if observed carefully, we can see a September 12 date on its homescreen that might be the possible date of release for the device. However, nothing is said by the company regarding its launch and this is just the prediction from our end.

The Samsung Galaxy F is considered to have a strong metal body unlike the Samsung Galaxy S5 LTE-A launched recently. However, other features of the Galaxy F will be line with the Samsung Galaxy S5 LTE-A that includes a Snapdragon 805 processor, 3GB of RAM, Quad HD Display measuring 5.3inches.

However, Samsung has announced that the Samsung Galaxy S5 LTE-A is specifically launched for the Korean markets and so its can be strongly considered that the Galaxy F will surely be launched in the international markets.

LG G3 to have a brushed metal finished back

The suspected image of LG G3 on social network by @evleaks revealed the brushed metal finished Android handset.Twitter based @evleaks is eminent in alleging accurate leaks.

The leaked image stating that LG G3 is not prone to fingerprints,corresponding to one of its predecessor’s shortcomings.The image doesnot resemble LG G3 with HTC One(M8) in terms of metal finishing.We are expecting a polycarbonate furnished handset with a special LG touch.

As reported from different sources, LG G3 will come with 5.5”QHD display,Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB of RAM, 13MP rear camera with OIS+, 32GB of internal storage, microSD card slot and 3000 mAh battery.

LG will launch the G3 on May 27 at simultaneous launch events in London, New York, San Francisco, Singapore, Istanbul and Seoul.With just nineteen days away, we won’t have to wait for long to get the final confirmation on everything LG G3. LG G3 backside spotted again, now on @evleaks Twitter, device may be unveiled on May 27

A few days back, we showed you the leaked images of the backside of LG G3 smartphone. Well, the back image has made an appearance again, this time on Twitter. @evleaks has displayed a photo of the backside of LG G3 which is similar to the one leaked earlier and also fits with the cases we leaked last week.

The back has 3 buttons- a camera with dual LED flash and a sensor placed next to the camera on its left side. Again, the purpose of this sensor is not yet clear. Reports say that the LG G3 is on the lines of its LG isai FL model that was leaked earlier. LG isai FL is meant for the Japanese market.

Delving into the specs, the LG G3 will probably have a 5.5-inch LCD display. A screen resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and flat Optimus user interface is already confirmed vide its screenshots that had surfaced last week. Other features include Qualcomm quad-core snapdragon 801 SoC processor, 3GB of RAM, internal storage of 32GB with microSD, a camera and a 3000mSh battery. The LG G3 will run on Android 4.4.2 Kitkat.

In another latest development, LG Electronics is sending out invites for an event to be held on 27 and 28 of May, the purpose of which is not mentioned. The invite contains a quote “To be simple is to be Great” by the US writer Ralph Waldo Emerson on a background of brushed metal. Since the ‘G’ in the Quote is bold, speculations are rife that the event is being held for the unveiling of the much awaited smartphone LG G3.

The LG G3 might be having this kind of brushed metal look but it might not be made of metal. The May 27 launch will be held in London, New York and San Francisco, while the May 28 launch will be held in Singapore, Seoul and Istanbul.
