Amazon recently announced its two affordable range of tablet the Fire HD 6 and Fire HD 7 along with an update Fire HDX 8.9 that comes loaded with powerful specs anf 4G LTE on-board. Along with these two big announcements, Amazon also announced its Fire OS 4 having codename Sangria that is based on the recent Android 4.4 KitKat and comes with subtle UI changes and many more new features. The new UI for the Fire OS 4 enables multiple users to work on the same device with their individual profiles, meaning everyone can have a separate access to their e-mails and other social networking accounts separately.
One of the pretty good and new features which this OS brings is the Advanced Streaming and Prediction or the ASAP that predicts the TV show or movie you would want to watch and starts them instantly. Another smart feature is a Smart Suspend based on usage pattern which intelligently suspends wireless connectivity that increases the standby time to 25%. This new Fire OS Sangria has a Family Library that permits sharing of games, apps, books, movies and other stuff from one to other Amazon account of your family members. This new OS is now available to this new generation of tablets and would also be available as free upgrade to the 3rd generation devices. To know more about the OS, visit the official Amazon website.
