Meizu Blue Charm Note 2 goes official with excellent specs at very affordable pricing

Chinese handset manufacturer Meizu has officially announced its Blue Charm Note 2 which comes with some excellent specs at a very affordable pricing of just $130. The major change includes the replacement of the capacitive button beneath the screen with the physical button now. However, contrary to the expectations, it does not host the fingerprint sensor but the physical home button is still smart to differentiate between a click and a tap. A tap would lead you to go back one step from the current operations while a click will lead you to the home screen. So now lets get back to the specs of what the device has to offer.

The Meizu Blue Charm Note 2 comes with a 5.5-inch Sharp IGZO IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. Under the hood lies the powerful octa-core MT6753 64-bit-compatible chip clocked at 1.3GHz and supported by 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM at 800MHz. the device currently runs the Android 5.0 Lollipop skinned with the company’s own Flyme OS. To its back lies a 13MP camera sensor with f/2.2 lens and its front hosts a 5MP secondary sensor with f/2.0 sensors. The device offers a substantial battery capacity of 3100mAh.

The Meizu Blue Charm Note 2 comes in two storage versions of 16GB and 32GB both having provisions for microSD expandable memory the 16GB version is priced for $130 while the 32GB version is priced for $160.
