It’s just a matter of mere 24 hours when we are getting the first camera samples from the newly announced Nexus devices the Nexus 6 and the Nexus 9. The Google Nexus 6 that comes with a larger 5.9 inch display and powerful Snapdragon 805 processor has also some topped up 13MP primary camera to its back that comes with OIS (optical image stabilization).
Nexus 6 camera samples
The camera features Sony’s new IMX 214 camera sensor with CMOS and Exmor RS sensors for low light performance. The camera has a wide-angle lens with f/2.0 aperture and a dual LED flash supported with a ring for slight diffusion. Nexus 9 camera samples
The latest new tablet from the Google company Nexus 9 comes with a 8 megapixel primary snapper that comes with a back illuminated sensor, support for 1080p video recording and f/2.4 lens. However, the fairly priced ($399) Nexus 9 doesn’t have any LED flash to its back. However, looking at the camera samples below, you would find that the camera has given a pretty decent performance even in low-light condition of the indoors.
