Upcoming Apple iPad Air 2 rumored to come with with 2GB of RAM

Recent report coming out from China shows that Apple is going to lift up the RAM memory of its upcoming iPad Air 2 to 2GB. The existing Apple iPad Air come with 1GB of RAM memory. Even the 7.9inch iPad Air mini that comes with Retina display hosts 1GB of RAM memory and now the successor to it is expected to receive a considerable bump with 2GB of RAM.


Both the upcoming Apple tablets i.e. the Apple iPad Air 2 and the sequel of iPad Air mini are expected to have a TouchID fingerprint sensor that will be embedded into its home button. Additinally, both the tablets are expected to feature the next generation A8 processor.


Currently, the arrival of  iPhone 6 is making much noise in the industry with the flagship likely to be announced on the 9th of September if sources are to be believed. Well, the following month of September, Apple is expected to make number of announcements like the 5.5inch iPhone 6, Apple iPad mini with Retina display 2 and the iPad Air 2.


Additionally one more device that is much awaited from the Apple camp is its much touted iWatch. If sources are to be believed, the Apple iWatch is expected to have a 512MB of RAM memory and 8GB of NAND flash. The iWatch is most likely to pair up with Apple devices like iPhone and iPad. However, for the moment there are no strong indications about the launch of this wearable.
