Many other specs are identical too, but it is powered by a new 64-bit octa-core chip and replaces the main 4MP “UltraPixel” duo camera with a conventional 13MP duo camera. The secondary lens helpful for focusing effects that has been missing in the M9, is back in the HTC One M8s.

Camera: 13MP with f/2.0 dual main camera with video recording at 1080p @ 30fps, 5-megapixel selfie camera with 1080p video capture

Operating System: Android 5.0 Lollipop with HTC Sense 6.0 on top

Connectivity Options: 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, A-GPS and NFC

Next Generation of HTC - HTC One Hima- is Coming with Bose Speaker

It seems like the next generation of HTC device is no longer starts with the “M” convention as per previous HTC devices. It is not confirmed on what is the new device will be called but it is between HTC Hima or HTC One Hima. We expects the device will be launched in March 2015 which is after 2015 MWC event which takes place in March 2015. The product availability in the market especially in UK is expected to be weeks after that.

The leaked pictures for HTC One Hima looks similar to HTC M8. There are a few differences such as the back camera for HTC Hima will be of square shape instead of round shape which is found in M8. On top of that HTC Hima will be thinner that the previous HTC One range. It will be of 7mm thickness with a large HD display.

There are rumors that HTC will be working with Bose for the next generation of BoomSound speakers which will be embedded on HTC Hima. These speaker panels will be hidden behind edge-to-edge glass. We can expect that the quality of the speakers will be a lot better than its predecessors. Furthermore, HTC Hima is rumored to pack with a 5-inch 1080p Super LCD3 display and Snapdragon 810 chipset. The device offers an octa-core processor with 4 Cortex-A57 cores at 2.0GHz and 4 Cortex-A53 cores at 1.5GHz, Adreno 430 GPU and 3GB of RAM.  It comes with 16GB, 32GB and 64GB storage options.

However, this type of sensor sense is not novelty because this will move, feel and look according to the elaborate vision of Google.

This new sensors have already been used in the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note 3 and we are very much satisfied. However, we have some problem in the office humidity because it has increased to 50%. But, we are optimistic about the HTC One M8 and hope to get good result.

Sensor Sense is available free that you can use with the icon and, the icon is available on the bottom banner.

HTC – Event Invitation on 8 October 2014

1-HTC-Ocotber-8-event-Double-Exposure-1

HTC has invited press to their event on 8 October 2014 in New York City. The details of the invitation are not released to the public and thus we are left with speculation.

The press invitation shows two women allegedly taking a selfie while holding an HTC One (M8) along with a couple of green boxes. On the top right corner of the invitation, it was printed ‘Double exposure’. With hints from the invitation cover, we anticipate that HTC will unveil their next generation of smart phone. The smart phone should be able to take our own selfie with a better quality than HTC One. Since HTC One has been featured once, it might not be possible for it to be featured for the second time.

There were rumours that HTC will be announcing HTC Eye in this event. But of course, it was just our speculation, we can be wrong. However, it is clearly has something to do with photography, smart phones and selfie.

HTC Eye was already in testing phase at AT&T back in July and thus there is speculation that the device will be launched in the fourth quarter of this year. However, once again we need to emphasize that all these is just our speculation. We can be wrong.
