Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2014 takes place on June 2-6, 2014 in San Francisco. We are already aware that Apple has plans to unveil iOS8 and OS X 10.10 in this year’s WWDC. But what keeps everyone curious is that, is there going to be any announcement about an iPhone 6 in the conference?
Recently, we have been seeing quite a few mock-ups, designs and shells of iPhone 6 leaked on the internet, and now a few of them appear to be fake ones. If you are wondering how we can even be so sure those were not real, here comes the evidence – another leak. A video containing WWDC 2014 slides which appear to be captured behind the show stage at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. Yes, we got details out of the Worldwide Developers Conference 2014 even before it take place.
The leaked captured video contains slides showing front of an iPhone 6, then the back of the phone and finally sides too. The device on the slides appears a silver white device with rounded edges that look more like the recently launched iPads.
That said we have quite a few questions popping out of our mind. Could this be the real deal after all those rumors and fake leaks? Could the Apple be planning to unveil the first hardware at the Worldwide Developers Conference since the iPhone 4?
The device in the leaked video containing WWDC slides looks in line with few of the recent leaks (of course not all). But it brings up another question; if Apple unveils iPhone 6 at the WWDC then it will contradict earlier rumors that the device will be released in September.
We don’t have to wait to know any further as the WWDC 2014 takes place today and we’ll get more details to compare with the rumors to be sure if there is going to an iPhone 6 release this month.
