A new update has available from Google for keep app on to support for Android Wear users. You will have no problem of syncing of content between the devices because of the latest update. Official support for Android Wear has also introduced during the Google I/O event.
There will be no huge changes in the android wear due to the Google update at all. However, the changes of official support for Android Wear will be noticeable during second week of July because of two new upcoming Smartwatches. Because of the default support of core apps, you will not have any problem to sync content across two Android devices.
Yesterday, new version of GMS (Google Play Services) has arrived that you will need to flash Keep app and update it accordingly.
