Samsung Galaxy S6(SM-G925F) allegedly appears at AnTuTu with Quad HD display and Android Lollipop

In the first half of the next year 2015, everyone is expecting the arrival of the successor to the company’s this year’s flagship Galaxy S5. Eventhough when the official announcement for the device is months away, the alleged Samsung Galaxy S6 has already been spotted on the popular benchmarking website AnTuTu. Well, this has been even confirmed by the Chinese website CNMO, who has posted a screenshot showing up the device with model number SM-G925F in the AnTuTu database.


According to the screenshot, the Samsung Galaxy S6 would have a 5.5inch Quad HD display with 1440×2560 pixel resolution. The device would be powered with a 64-bit octa-core Exynos 7420 chipset supported with ARM Mali T760 GPU. The device would be having a 20MP to its back with a 5MP snapper at the front. The memory options show it to be having a 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage and the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 would be developed under a codename of Project Zero. Design and material wise, the usual version of the Samsung Galaxy S6 is likely to have a metal body on the other hand there is also and Galaxy S6 Edge with a curved display that is believed to be on the cards. Looking to this year’s trend of flagship device announcements from Samsung, we expect the announcement of Galaxy S6 sometime in February.
