Official images of LG G3 S aka LG G3 Mini arrive from Russian retailer

The much rumored LG G3 Mini has finally appeared with the name LG G3 S and has been spotted for pre-order on the Russian website, Svyaznoy.

Looking to its specs, the LG G3 S has a 5inch 720p front panel display and is powered with a quad-core 1.2GHz processor having 1GB of RAM. At its back, the device will sport a 8MP primary camera while its front has to offer a 1.3MP secondary camera. The primary camera at the back will have a single-LED flash and is likely to come up with the laser focus system as seen in the bigger LG G3. Moreover, the rear mounted buttons are also seen in the Mini version. The LG G3 S is listed to have a sufficient large battery with capacity 2540mAh.

The LG G3 S has a built-in storage of 8GB along with provision for expandable memory via microSD card slot. However, this Russian model of the device is listed to be having 3G support and no LTE with dual-SIM functionality. The LG G3 S runs the latest Android 4.4 KitKat and measures 10.3 mm in thickness. The device is listed for a price of RUB 13,990 or $406 in the international markets.

We can soon expect an official word for the LG G3 S from LG.

LG is going to give official announcement of LG G3 Mini soon in US because it has passed FCC. According to the previous leaks of the device, the Smartphone will have LET network with 127.0mm display is exactly 5 inches in length.

Also, we have some other listings of the device but the report is showing that LG G3 Mini will be 4.5 inches instead of 5 inches display. Leaked image of Smartphone display picture was nothing but a rumor. 720p will be the display resolution of this new upcoming 4.5-inch display.

 

The report also shows that LG G3 Mini will have 8 mega pixels camera along with power button and volume controls on the black side of the Smartphone. Impressive laser tech may be going to used in this new Smartphone although LG did not say anything about it

The Smartphone is powered by 1.2 GHz processor with Snapdragon 400 chipset with 2 GB RAM. At the same time, LG G3 Mini will be running Android 4.4.2 and LG’s latest Optimums UI and powering by 2,540 mAh battery.

The LG G3 mini is probably the next handset from the Korean tech giant and a new device namely the LG G3 Beat has been recently spotted in a China trade show. At the moment, it is uncertain as to whether this smartphone is centric for the Chinese markets only or will make its way globally. Moreover, with the LG G3 mini being in close scrutiny of the tech community we could expect an possible announcement anytime soon.

The LG G3 Beat carries a 5inch display with 720p resolution and is powered with a 1.2GHz quad-core processor. The device has a 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and runs the latest available Android 4.4 KtiKat on-board. At its back, the device sports a 8MP primary camera while its front has a 2MP secondary camera. The LG G3 Beat comes with a battery juice of 2540mAh. Looking to this specs, they fall very much in line with the earlier spotted LG G3 mini.

The LG G3 Beat is expected to support two separate LTE bands. A very useful feature for users on different networks. The above two images of the device shows it to be carrying very aesthetic looks. Last month LG Electronics launched its premium flagship LG G3 that boasts one of the most fascinating display till date along with several new features. Now just within a month, rumors regarding the mini variant of the flagship have started circulating in the market. However, the company till date has not confirmed the official existence of the device and rumors show the mini handset to arrive in multiple variants which includes one for US release via AT&T with codename D725. Now another LG G3 mini with code name LG D722 is rumored to arrive ahead.

This new model with code name D722 has recently made an appearance on the database of Indian import-export tracker Zauba which show the mini version to host a 4.5 inch display. This means it will be 0.2inch smaller than last year’s LG G2 mini that had 4.7inch display. The Lg G3 mini is likely to have a HD 720p resolution. Additionally, Zauba reports the device to be having a 5MP primary camera, 8GB of internal storage, a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, will run the latest Android 4.4 KitKat and offer a battery capacity of 2100mAh. The device is also likely to offer LTE connectivity along with these features.

Last year, it was seen that the LG G2 mini was a clear copy of its parent flagship and so we expect LG to follow a similar trend this year too. But the bitter fact is till date there is no word on when the LG G3 mini would arrive.
