It seems like Samsung is working on two new models of Samsung smartphones, SM-G920A and G925A SM. SM-G925A is believed to be the model for Galaxy S6 Edge while SM-G920A is believed to be the model number for Galaxy S6. The rumors have it that both will have QHD display and 64-bit processor chipsets. The chipsets are of unknown manufacturers as of now.
There is a possibility that Samsung will be using its own Exynos 7420 processors for most of Samsung Galaxy S6 batch and only a small batch of the version will be using Snapdragon 810. It is due to the overheating issues when using Qualcomm Snapdragon 810.
Samsung Galaxy S6 is expected to have a 5.5-inch screen with small bezels, a 16MP camera and 5MP rear camera as well as a 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM with an extension from Micro SD. The device will be running on Android 5.0 Lollipop. Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge will be of similar specifications. The only difference is that S6 Edge will come with the screen on the side.
Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge are expected to make appearance during MWC in Barcelona in March together with the appearance of HTC One M9, G4 LG and Sony Xperia Z4.
