LG G4c, a mini version of LG G4 leaks out, expected to hit Germany in June

LG is preparing to introduce a mini version of its latest flagship, the LG G4 in the near future, according to latest leaks. While the smaller version of LG G3 was called LG G3s, the mini version of LG G4 will apparently be called LG G4c.

The German website WinFuture has posted leaked details about the upcoming LG G4c (model no. H525N) including its specs, picture and pricing. The device would be an affordable mid-ranger with design similar to the G4, being slightly curved at the front and having a diamond-patterned plastic back.

The LG G4c would feature a 5-inch IPS LCD display with 1280 x 720 pixels (294 ppi) resolution and would be powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chipset clocked at 1.2GHz, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage with microSD slot for expansion. It will have an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and autofocus at the back and a 5MP selfie camera in the front. Power would come from 2,540 mAh battery and the handset would run Android 5.0 Lollipop with probably LG’s new UX 4.0 on top.  For connectivity, it will have LTE, HSPA+, NFC, WiFi  and Bluetooth 4.0

The upcoming LG G4c will be available in Metallic Grey, White and Gold colors and its price is expected to be around €279 (about $315).  The device is expected to hit the shelves in Germany in the beginning of June this year.
