Sony Xperia Z4 Passes Japanese Certification

No such news about a new Xperia flagship handset was heard at the CES of 2015, but it didn’t mean that Sony was not going to launch a flagship mobile to keep its customers happy.

Public waited eagerly to hear about the announcement of the Xperia Z4 at the Mobile World Congress; a formal introduction of the device was expected by everyone. But the handset turned out to be busy with the approval from valid regulatory authorities.

Sony Xperia Z4 has been given approval stamp by The Japanese Communication Ministry, and the handset will be purchasable with SoftBank, KDDI, and NTT DoCoMo.

Each one of the carrier versions has a support for Voice-over-LTE, and additional unique features which will be coming to the mainstream.

It is not confirmed yet that what features will be included in the new Z4, the rumors are quite uncertain. According to the Japan’s news, it has not been cleared what the phone will offer. It is probable that the Z3’s current form factor will be continued in the Z4, which means that the new handset will have a display of 5.2-inch with extra compact bezels. This give support to the rumors regarding the Z4 Ultra and Z4 compact but all this is just a guess.

If Japanese version of FCC, is ready to give the green signal to the device then we can expect that soon new will be coming up from the Washington, DC about the US variant of the next anticipated Sony phones.
