Samsung Galaxy Golden 2 Flip Model Passed Through TENAA

Samsung will be releasing a smartphone with an old school flip design soon. The Samsung Galaxy Golden 2 made its way through TENAA with model number SM-W2015. This model is expected to replace the original Samsung Galaxy Golden which was released in last year’s October.


Despite the old design, the smartphone is equipped with the latest technology. It will come with 2 AMOLED displays for the internal and external screen. Both screens will have resolution of 768×1280 pixels with screen size of 3.9 inches. The device will also be equipped with Snapdragon 801 SoC and Krait 400 quad-core processor which clocked at 3.5GHz. On top of that it will have 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory which can be expandable using a microSD card up to 64GB storage. There are two cameras embedded on the device, the front camera will be 3.7MP while the rear will be 16MP.


Physical measurement will be 153.5 x 78.6 x 8.5mm with weight scaled at 173 grams. The device will come pre-installed with Android 4.4.4 KitKat. There is no further detail on when the device will be released to the market and what its selling price is. However, there are some rumours that it will only be released in some selected market in Asia.
